  6. Add the apple mixture over the entire sheet of phyllo dough.
  7. Sprinkle raisins over the apple mixture.
  8. Roll up the dough and place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
  9. Brush the top with melted butter.
  10. Bake for about 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Pinch the edges of the puff pastry sheet together to seal the edges and prevent the filling from spilling out during baking.
  7. Brush the melted butter over the top of the puff pastry sheet.
