Ingredients
- 1 kg beef tafelspitz
 - 200 g carrots, peeled
 - 200 g root parsley, peeled

 - 2 onions

Instructions
- Place the beef in a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
 - Add the vegetables, bay leaf, and cloves. Simmer for 2-3 hours until the meat is tender.
 - Remove the beef from the pot and let it cool slightly before slicing.
 - Cook the cannelloni tubes in a pot of boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
 - Mince the garlic and sauté it in butter until fragrant. Stir in the flour to make a roux, then add the milk gradually while stirring continuously.
 - Stir in the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
 - Preheat the oven to 180°C.
